When you create an account on FastPanda, you can log in to the customer panel with your registered email address and password to manage your account. To allow multiple people to manage the same account with their own login credentials, you can create Sub-Accounts. Sub-accounts can be seen as a subset of the main account. This is commonly used to create separate accounts for different departments or business units within a company. Each sub-account can be granted access to specific information or given permissions for administrative processes like billing and support. You can follow the steps below to create Sub-Accounts.

  • Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
  • Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.

  • Click on the ‘Hello, Name’ text, then select the ‘ Contacts/Sub-Accounts’ button from the dropdown list.

Sub Accounts

  • The screen that opens will ask for the details of the user you want to create. Fill in the required information.

  • When you check the ‘Activate Sub-Account’ checkbox, the permissions will appear. Select the checkboxes according to your preferences for the permissions you want the sub-account to have.

Sub Account Permissions

  • Set a password for the sub-account to access the customer panel. Enter your new password in the ‘New Password’ field. If you have difficulty creating a new password, you can generate one using the ‘Generate Password’ section. Tips for a good password:
    • Use both upper and lowercase characters
    • Include at least one symbol (# $ ! % & etc…)
    • Don’t use dictionary words
    • For security reasons, choose a password with 12 or more characters.
  • Re-enter your new password in the ‘Confirm New Password’ field. New Password’ and ‘Confirm New Password’ must be the same. If entered incorrectly, your new password will not be saved.
