- Transfer Lock: The domain transfer lock must be disabled.
- Verification Information: The domain owner’s email address must be up-to-date and accurate (a transfer approval email may be sent).
- EPP Code: You need to obtain the EPP code to transfer the domain.
- Timing: Ensure the domain is transferred before its expiration date.

- Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.
- Click on the “Domain Names” option in the left menu.
- On the page that opens, you will see your existing domains. Click the ‘pencil’ icon next to the domain for which you want to unlock the transfer lock.
- At the bottom of the page, under the ‘Transfer Lock’ section, you can enable or disable the transfer lock.
How to Obtain an EPP Code?
- When you access the domain management page, click on the ‘Get EPP Code’ button located on the right side of the page.
- You can view the EPP code on the screen that appears.
