How is Application Installation Done in cPanel?

Content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and PrestaShop can be easily installed through Softaculous, available in cPanel. Softaculous is highly convenient for those who want to create, manage, and delete websites. You can follow the steps below to install an application using Softaculous.

• Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
• Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.

• Click on the “Web Hosting” option in the left menu.

• On the opened page, you will see your existing web hosting packages. Click the “Manage Product” button for the service you want to access cPanel for.

• You will see a “Login to cPanel” button. Clicking on this button will automatically redirect you to cPanel.

• Access the “Software” section located on the main page of cPanel. You will see the “Softaculous Apps Installer” icon in this section. Click on the icon.

• In the opened page, you will see a list of popular applications.

• Find the application you want to install and click on the “Install” button

• On the installation page, you’ll be asked to configure settings such as where to install the application, site name, admin username and password, email address, etc. After taking note of your details and filling in the information, click on the “Install” button located at the bottom of the page. This will initiate the installation process, and cPanel will complete the installation of your preferred application successfully through Softaculous.

• You can start managing your website by accessing the admin panel of the installed application.
