After purchasing Windows hosting, there are multiple methods to access the email account you created. You can use the one that suits you best.

Method 1

  • Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
  • Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.

  • Click on the “Web Hosting” option in the left menu.

  • On the opened page, you will see your existing hosting packages. Click the “Manage Product” button for the service you want to access the email account.

  • Click on the “Overview > E-Mail Configuration” button located on the right side of the page.

  • Click the “WebMail” button.

  • On the opened page, enter the username and password for your email address to access the management panel of your email account.

Method 2

  • Follow the steps in Method 1 and click the “Manage Product” button for your hosting service.

  • Click the “Login to Panel” button on the management page of your hosting service. You will be automatically redirected to the Plesk Panel.

  • Click the “Mail” button on the Plesk Panel homepage.

  • Find the email address you want to access in the list and click the email icon next to it.

This way, you can automatically access the mail interface.

Method 3

This is a method you can use without needing to access the customer panel. If you know the password for your e-mail address, type webmail.yourdomain.extension (webmail.yoursite.com etc.)  into the browser. On the page that opens, enter your e-mail address and password to access the management panel of your e-mail.

Method 4

If you want to use your e-mail account on your computer without accessing the customer panel or browser, you can install applications like Outlook or Thunderbird on your computer. This way, you can easily use your e-mail account from your computer. For the initial setup settings, you can access the E-Mail Configuration page found in Method 1 and take note of the necessary information during the setup process.

Method 5

If you want to check your e-mails regularly and manage them easily while on the go, you can use mobile devices. On iOS and Android devices, the default e-mail applications make this process quite easy. You can access these applications by setting them up or install compatible applications like Outlook on your mobile device to access your account.
