After purchasing the Website Builder package, there are multiple methods to access the e-mail account you created. You can use the method that suits you best.
Method 1
- Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
- Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.
- Click on the “Website Builder” option in the left menu.
- On the opened page, you will see your existing website builder packages. Click the “Manage Product” button for the service for which you want to access the e-mail account.
- Click the “Overview > E-Mail Configuration” button on the right side of the page.
- Click the “WebMail” button.
- On the opened page, by entering the username and password of your e-mail address, you will access the management panel of your e-mail.
Method 2
This is a method you can use without needing to access the customer panel. If you know the password for your e-mail address, type webmail.yourdomain.extension (webmail.yoursite.com etc.) into the browser. On the page that opens, enter your e-mail address and password to access the management panel of your e-mail.
Method 3
If you want to use your e-mail account on your computer without accessing the customer panel or browser, you can install applications like Outlook or Thunderbird on your computer. This way, you can easily use your e-mail account from your computer. For the initial setup settings, you can access the E-Mail Configuration page found in Method 1 and take note of the necessary information during the setup process.
Method 4
If you want to check your e-mails regularly and manage them easily while on the go, you can use mobile devices. On iOS and Android devices, the default e-mail applications make this process quite easy. You can access these applications by setting them up or install compatible applications like Outlook on your mobile device to access your account.
