How to Cancel Automatic Payment?

You may prefer not to use the auto-renewal service or wish to manage your payments manually. In this case, there are two different methods to cancel automatic payment instructions:

  1. Canceling automatic payment instructions for all products and services.
  2. Canceling automatic payment instructions for specific products.

Detailed steps for both methods are provided below. You can easily complete your process by following the steps outlined.

If you want to remove the automatic payment instructions for all services in the customer panel;

 

  • Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
  • Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.

  • Click on the “Payment Methods” option in the left menu.

  • On the open page, you will see the information related to your previously registered card. Click the “Delete > Yes” button next to your card information. After this process, your registered card will be removed from the customer panel, and the auto-renewal for all services linked to this card will be canceled.

  • If you want to cancel the auto-renewal for only selected products instead of all products and services, you need to perform this action through the product’s management panel. For example, if you want to cancel an automatic instruction for your Domain service, you can follow the steps below:
  • Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
  • Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.

  • Click on the “Domain Names” option in the left menu.

  • On the page that opens, a list of your domain names will be displayed. Click the ‘down arrow’ symbol next to the domain name for which you want to disable automatic payment.

  • Click the “Manage Automatic Payment” button located at the bottom of the page.

  • Check the box under the text “Turn Off Automatic Renewal?” that says “Check if you want to temporarily disable auto-renewal for this product.” and click the “Save” button. This will disable automatic payment for the product.
