To delete the custom Name Server (NS) records configured for domains, you can follow the steps below.
- Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
- Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.
- Click on the “Domain Names” option in the left menu.
- On the opened page, you will see your existing domain names. Click the “pencil” icon next to the domain name for which you want to delete the custom Name Server (NS) records.
- Click the “Manage > Create NS” button located on the right side of the page.
- The previously added Custom Name Server (NS) information will be visible under the “Register Nameservers Save/Delete” heading.
- You can delete the record by clicking the “Delete” button next to the record you want to remove.
Note: NS addresses that are in use cannot be deleted. If your NS record is assigned to a domain in Fast Panda, you need to remove the active record from the “Name Servers” section on the domain management page, and then delete it from the “Custom Name Server” section.
