SSL activation is completed in 3 steps:

  1. Generate CSR
  2. SSL Verification
  3. Install SSL

You can follow the steps below to create and install an SSL certificate via Plesk Panel.

  • Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
  • Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.

  • Click on the “Web Hosting” option in the left menu.

  • On the opened page, you will see your existing web hosting packages. Click the “Manage Product” button for the service you want to access Plesk Panel.

  • Just below the Plesk Panel icon, you will find the “Login to Panel” button. Clicking on this button will automatically redirect you to the Plesk Panel.

  • Access the “Websites & Domains” tab on the Plesk Panel homepage.
  • Click the “SSL/TLS Certificates” button under the “Security” section.

  • On the opened page, click the “Manage” button under the “Download or remove existing certificates” text.

  • Click the “Add SSL/TLS Certificate” button and begin generating the CSR.

  • Fill out the form below with the information to generate the CSR code.
    • Certificate name = Enter the domain name where you want to install the SSL certificate (e.g., example.com).
    • Bits = 2048
    • Country, State or province, Location(city)= Enter the city, state, and country information where the business or domain is located.
    • Company Name= Enter the company name. If the SSL is being obtained for an individual, you can enter the First and Last name.
    • Organization department or division name= Enter the business sector or division.
    • Domain Name= Enter the domain name where you want to install the SSL certificate (e.g., example.com). If you are generating a CSR for a subdomain, enter the subdomain (e.g., blog.example.com). If you are generating a CSR for a wildcard SSL, enter the domain as *.domain (e.g., *.example.com).
    • Email = Enter your email address (e.g., [email protected]).
  • After filling in all the information, click the “Request” button.

SSL Request

  • As a result of this process, a CSR code and a private key will be generated. To copy the CSR code, access the “SSL/TLS Certificates > Manage” section in Plesk Panel again. Click on the certificate. Copy the CSR code, including the dashes.

SSLTLS Certificates

  • Upload the CSR through the customer panel of the institution from which you obtained the certificate. If you purchased from our company, you can click the link below to review the CSR upload and verification steps.

  • Once your SSL certificate is active, download the certificate files using the “Download” button on the ‘Manage Product’ page of the SSL service.
  • Access the Plesk Panel.
  • Click the “SSL/TLS Certificates > Manage” button.
  • Click on the certificate.
  • Open the CRT file from the downloaded certificate files as TXT. Copy the CRT code, including the dashes. Paste it into the CRT box in Plesk Panel.

  • Open the CA files as TXT, copy them including the dashes. Paste them one after another into the CA section in Plesk Panel.

  • If you have filled in the relevant fields completely, click the “Upload Certificate” button.

  • After uploading the certificate, click the “Hosting & DNS > Hosting” button from the Plesk Panel homepage.

Hosting SSL

  • Under the “SSL/TLS support” heading, check the boxes for “Enabled” and “Redirect visitors from HTTP to HTTPS via a SEO-friendly 301 redirect.” Select your certificate name from the Certificate section and complete the SSL setup by clicking the “OK” button.

Once the installation is complete, you can verify that the SSL certificate is working by opening your site with “https://”. Additionally, you can check it using SSL validation pages like https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html.
