How to Renew a Domain Name?

When the duration of your domain name expires and is not renewed, the vacant domain name can be purchased by other individuals or institutions. Additionally, when your domain name expires, access to services associated with the domain name cannot be provided. To prevent service interruption and to prevent the domain name from being acquired by others, it is important to renew it at least a few days before the service expires. You can follow the steps below to renew:

• Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
• Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.

• Click on the “Domain Names” option in the left menu.

• The page that opens will list the domain names you own. Click on the “down arrow” symbol next to the domain name you want to renew.

• Click on the “Renew” button from the drop-down list.

• Select the renewal period supported by the domain name and preferred by you, then click the “Continue to basket” button.

• Proceed from the opened page with “Continue to payment”.

• You can make payment via credit card or bank transfer.

• If you have a registered credit card in the system, select your card and then click the “Submit Secure Payment” button. Your payment will be completed.

• If you do not have a registered credit card in your customer panel, select the option “Enter New Card Information Below” and fill in the necessary information, then complete your payment by clicking the “Submit Secure Payment” button.

• To make a payment via Bank Transfer, select the “Bank Transfer” option. Note down the bank details that are suitable for you, then click the “Submit Secure Payment” button.

• The reference number to be written in the description section for payments via bank transfer will be available on the open page. Do not forget to write the description.

• Your domain name will be renewed shortly after you complete the payment process.

Information: Thanks to automatic payments, the due dates for your products and services are never missed, and your services continue without interruption or loss. Automatic payments are enabled for all Fast Panda purchases. You can cancel this setting from your customer panel (not recommended).
