If you do not remember the password required to access your customer panel, you can reset it by following the steps below.
- Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
- Click the ‘Sign In’ button.
- Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ button.
- Enter your registered email address to receive the password reset link and click the ‘Submit’ button.
- A Password Reset Request will be sent to your email address. Check your email and click the ‘Create A New Password’ button within the email.
- On the screen that opens, you will be asked to enter your new password details. Enter your new password in the ‘New Password’ field. Tips for a good password:
- Use both upper and lowercase characters
- Include at least one symbol (# $ ! % & etc…)
- Don’t use dictionary words
- For security reasons, choose a password with 12 or more characters.

Re-enter your new password in the ‘Confirm New Password’ field. New Password’ and ‘Confirm New Password’ must be the same. If entered incorrectly, your new password will not be saved.

Click the ‘Save Changes’ button to save your new password.
