If you do not remember the password required to access your customer panel, you can reset it by following the steps below.

  • Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
  • Click the ‘Sign In’ button.

  • Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ button.

Forgot Password

  • Enter your registered email address to receive the password reset link and click the ‘Submit’ button.

Email Submit

  • A Password Reset Request will be sent to your email address. Check your email and click the ‘Create A New Password’ button within the email.
  • On the screen that opens, you will be asked to enter your new password details. Enter your new password in the ‘New Password’ field. Tips for a good password:
    • Use both upper and lowercase characters
    • Include at least one symbol (# $ ! % & etc…)
    • Don’t use dictionary words
    • For security reasons, choose a password with 12 or more characters.
  • Re-enter your new password in the ‘Confirm New Password’ field. New Password’ and ‘Confirm New Password’ must be the same. If entered incorrectly, your new password will not be saved.

  • Click the ‘Save Changes’ button to save your new password.
