How to Upgrade Hosting?

When the resources, traffic, etc., of the currently used hosting package, need to be increased, the hosting package can be upgraded. You can follow the steps below to upgrade your package.

• Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
• Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.

• Click on the “Web Hosting” option in the left menu.

• On the opened page, you will see your existing web hosting packages. Click on the “Manage Product” button of the service you wish to upgrade.

• Click on the “Actions >Upgrade/Downgrade” button located on the right side of the page.

• On the opened page, you will see a list of products that you can upgrade to, compatible with your current package. Click on the “Choose Product” button next to the package you prefer.

• Choose your payment method and click on the “Click to Continue” button.

 

• If you have a credit card registered in the system, you can complete your payment by selecting your card and clicking the “Submit Payment” button.

• If you don’t have a credit card registered in your customer panel, please select the “Enter New Card Information Below” option, fill in the required information, and then click the “Submit Payment” button to complete your payment.

• If you prefer not to pay by credit card, select the “Bank Transfer” option. An invoice will be generated for your payment. Don’t forget to include your reference number in the description section for payments via bank transfer.

• After completing the payment process, your service will be updated with the upgraded package features shortly.
