You can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to make your FastPanda account more secure and protect it from unauthorized access. Two-Factor Authentication allows you to log in to your panel not only with your password but also with a second verification step. To activate Two-Factor Authentication, you can follow the steps below.
- Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
- Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.
- Click on the ‘Hello, Name’ text, then select the ‘Security Settings’ button from the dropdown list.
- Click the ‘Click here to Enable’ button.
- You will need to use an authentication app like Google Authenticator or Duo. To continue with the authentication setup, click the ‘Get Started’ button.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the screen using an authentication app like Google Authenticator or Duo. If you have trouble scanning the code, you can manually enter the code shown on the screen into your app. After entering the information, to verify and complete the setup, enter the 6-digit code generated by the app into the ‘Enter Authentication Code’ field and click the ‘Submit’ button.
- By following the steps above, Two-Factor Authentication will be activated. A backup code will be displayed on the screen. If you are unable to complete the two-factor authentication process, you can use the backup code to access your account. Therefore, it is recommended to store the code in a secure place where you can easily access it.
- If you want to disable Two-Factor Authentication, go to the same Security Settings screen and click the ‘click here to disable’ button. A window will open asking for your current customer panel password. Enter your password and click the ‘Disable Two-Factor Authentication’ button.
