FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a protocol used for transferring files over computer networks. FTP is commonly used, especially for functions such as uploading, deleting, backing up, and moving files to websites.
If you’re using FTP clients like FileZilla, WinSCP, Cyberduck, CuteFTP, whether paid or free, you’ll need information such as FTP username, password, and server address for access. You can follow the steps below to obtain access information.
- Access the website www.fastpanda.co.uk
- Click on the “Sign In” button on the opened page, enter your customer panel information, and click the “Log in” button to log in to your account.
- Click on the “Web Hosting” option in the left menu
- On the page that opens, you will see your existing web hosting packages. Click on the “Manage Product” button for the service for which you want to access FTP information.
- When you click on the “FTP Information” button from the “Overview” menu on the right side of the page, you will be presented with FTP details. The information typically required to connect to the server includes “FTP User”, “FTP Password”, “FTP Host”, or “Server IP”. You can copy these details and use your preferred client to establish an FTP connection.
Note: When you purchase a hosting service, FTP details are sent to the email address registered in the system. If you haven’t made any changes, you can access FTP with the existing information.
Important: FTP access is not available for “Website Builder” packages.
