Fast Panda Refund Policy

STANDARD REFUND POLICY

Products purchased from Fast Panda are eligible for refunds only if they are purchased annually and canceled within 30 days of the transaction date.

Please note that cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets are generally non-refundable due to their inherent nature and volatile exchange rates. Fast Panda is not liable for any risks, including but not limited to exchange rate or market risks. Therefore, purchases made using cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets are non-refundable.

Additionally, payments made to Fast Panda will not be refunded if the customer's actions are found to violate applicable laws or Fast Panda's Terms of Service.

The "transaction date" refers to the date of purchase of any product or service, including the date of any renewal processed according to the relevant product or service agreement (Terms of Use).

You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if the cancellation request is made within the specified refund period for that product. Refund requests must be submitted through a support ticket to the Fast Panda support team—requests made via online chat or phone will not be processed.

Please be aware that certain products may have unique refund policies or requirements. Under these circumstances, refunds may not be possible. The specific refund conditions for such products are listed below:

PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS UNDER STANDARD CONDITIONS:

• Hosting
• SSL Certificates
• Backups
• Business Email
• Priority Support
• VPS Servers

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS

• Refunds are not available for monthly purchases of the following services: VPS servers, all Web hosting products, website builders, and business email services.
• Recovery Fees
• Domain Renewals
• Domain Transfers (once the transfer is successfully completed)
• VPS Licenses
• VPS Upgrades
• Any product or service that has been suspended, cancelled, or terminated due to misuse

PURPOSE OF THE REFUND POLICY

This refund policy is designed to assist customers in evaluating whether Fast Panda's services meet their needs. However, it is important to note that refund requests must not be abused (for example, by requesting multiple refunds for the same service or making bulk purchases and repeatedly requesting refunds). Fast Panda reserves the right to deny refund requests if any signs of abuse are detected.

*REFUND POLICY FOR SPECIAL PAYMENT METHODS

Please note that each payment provider has its own refund policies and requirements. Some payment methods are non-refundable under any circumstances. Products purchased using the following payment methods cannot be refunded to the original payment source:

• Multibanco (Portugal)
• GCash (Philippines)
• Fawry (Egypt)

Refunds for these payment methods can only be credited to your Fast Panda Balance.

**Payment Methods with Full Refund Support:**

• VTC Pay (Vietnam)

BALANCE REFUNDS

Refunds are generally made to the original payment source. However, if you wish to purchase a Fast Panda service immediately, you can choose to receive the refund as Fast Panda Balance. Please note that once credited to your Fast Panda Balance, this action is irreversible, and the amount cannot be refunded to a different source.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

In the event of payment rejection, refund requests, cancellations, disputes, fraud risks, or chargebacks ("Chargebacks"), the following measures will apply:

• Your Fast Panda account and all associated services (domains, renewals, etc.) will be terminated immediately and without notice.
• The credit card payment option will be disabled to minimize fraud risks.

Consequences of Chargebacks:

Accounts involved in chargebacks may be permanently blocked and will lose eligibility for future purchases or service use. All data, content, and services within the account may also be lost.

Requirements to Resume Services:

To reinstate services, you must:

• 1. Verify the payment method involved in the dispute by providing:
  • Proof of payment, or
  • A censored photo of the credit card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits.
• 2. Pay all relevant fees (service fees, transaction charges, etc.).

Please note that fraudulent or criminal chargebacks will result in the permanent termination of services, and these services cannot be recovered.

REFUND POLICY FOR SPECIAL PAYMENT METHODS

Please note that each payment provider has its own refund policies and requirements. Some payment methods are non-refundable under any circumstances. Products purchased using the following payment methods cannot be refunded to the original payment source:

Refunds for these payment methods can only be credited to your Fast Panda Balance.

Refunds are generally made to the original payment source. However, if you wish to purchase a Fast Panda service immediately, you can choose to receive the refund as Fast Panda Balance. Please note that once credited to your Fast Panda Balance, this action is irreversible, and the amount cannot be refunded to a different source.

  If you have any payment-related issues or concerns, please contact Fast Panda Customer Support before initiating a chargeback. This can help prevent service cancellations and account blocks, as well as avoid unnecessary or incorrect chargebacks and related fees.

  Fast Panda reserves the right to dispute any chargeback by providing the payment provider with evidence that the user authorized the transaction and that the services were utilized.
